By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Eligibility for Returns

We only accept return or exchange requests under the following conditions:

  • The product was received damaged

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The item is defective

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and unopened

  • The original packaging must be intact

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photo or video evidence must be provided

Requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible for return.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Products damaged after delivery

We strongly recommend reviewing your order carefully before confirming purchase.


Return Shipping Charges

If a return request is approved:

  • Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.

  • However, if the product is damaged upon delivery or the wrong item was sent, the return shipping cost will be covered by Karseell Official Pakistan.

Shipping charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.


Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • A replacement may be issued, OR

  • A refund may be processed via bank transfer or another agreed method

Refund processing may take 5–7 working days after approval.

Karseell Official Pakistan reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the policy requirements.


Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • Payment is collected at the time of delivery

  • Refunds cannot be processed for opened or used items

  • Customers are advised to check the parcel condition before accepting delivery

Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders may result in restrictions on future purchases.


Order Refusal & Abuse Policy

Karseell Official Pakistan reserves the right to refuse service or limit future orders in cases of:

  • Repeated order refusals

  • Fraudulent return claims

  • Policy misuse
